Instructional Text on a Web App

Hi All,

Is it possible to add some instructional text on an Access Web App?

I build web pages and they are contextual.
I have a tConfig table. this has the path to the help page: "www.source.htm"
or on a server path : \\server\folder\file.htm

if they click the help button on the page, it opens the site in tConfig.Help
sometimes the form will supply the sub topic and assemble the bookmark page
www.source.htm#Import
