    Excel In Form

    Is there a way to interact with an excel worksheet inside an Access Form?

    Sorta,. You can attach the excel file as a table, then run queries on it.

    Can you interact with it? like putting new values into it from a form?

    Doing this in excel with data from access seems like a better idea to me. Could be wrong though.

    No, access won't allow you to edit excel.
