    Yes/No parameter that dictates a criteria

    Looking to run a report that will essentially ask the user "Do you want to display results before X date (or XOrder#)?" User answers yes/no and a criteria is used or not. (this criteria would either be something like >Xdate or >XOrder#



    The database has a bunch of data that was imported when the database went into use. This data is a carry-over from a pre-digital era... often better to not include in these reports, but the option needs to be available to display all data.

    Two different fields that could be used to filter out old data: Order Date or Order#. If someone can point me in the right direction thank you!

    I would probably leave those out of the query and use a wherecondition:

    BaldyWeb wherecondition

    In other words, have a form with those options and open the report using the appropriate wherecondition.
