    How do I make a query criteria to give me On Or Before a date

    How do I make a query criteria to give me On Or Before a date
    E.g <=#31/12/2015#
    I want to be able to type in my own date.

    I dont want to use Access Report, Query or Table inbuilt design that gives you
    the option of right clicking the date and then go to date filter and select 'before'.
    I want whenever I call up the report, it should ask for that parameter and then I type in
    my own date. More so, I dont want to use 'between'.
    Thanks
