Hi All,

An MS Access (2003/2016 versions) application has linked tables to Oracle 12c, but when trying to link a new one, the ODBC connection fails.

This is what I do:
1. Go to the Tables section
2. Right click and click on "Link Tables..."
3. Select the file dsn (which is the same one the already existing linked tables use)
4. Enter password.
5. Get error message "ODBC call failed. ORA-01013 User requested cancel of current operation"
6. The window that lists tables to add opens with a no tables listed.

My testings:
1. Current linked tables that use the same file dsn. Works fine.
2. Re-link an existing table with same file dsn. Works fine.
3. Tested the file dsn directly from the ODBC Administrator. Works fine.
4. Re-created the file dsn. The testing through the ODBC administrator works fine but still failes when trying to relink a new table.
5. I have tested in both environments listed below, and it is the same issue.

Environments where tested:
1. Windows 7 64 bit and MS Access 2003 32 bits
2. Windows 10 and MS Access 2016 64 bits.

This issue has happened once before, and all previous testing mentioned before were performed as well, but non-worked. After two days it all of the sudden started working again, with no apparent reason.

I've ran out of ideas to apply more testings, please help!

Thank you!
