Problem with runtime and pass through queries

Are you testing it on a computer that has simultaneously Office and Runtime Access installed? If so can you try it on another computer that only has Runtime installed?

Yes it does have both installed. It has Office 365 and Access runtime 2013. The Microsoft website says that you cannot run the most recent version of Runtime (2016) with Office 365, you have to keep it one version behind. I will try uninstalling Office later today and see if that makes any difference.

OK. I have uninstalled Office 365 but it made no difference (and my custom ribbon no longer works!)
