    group forms

    Hi

I now have a few forms which can be sub divided into birth, baptism, banns, marriage and death.

In the navigation panel is it possible to create "groups" which are collapsable so that I can select which group I see?

Similar to the queries, tables, forms group there already?

    thanks

    Ian

right click on your form and select 'add to group'. Then select new group. The form will be added to a new group - you can then rename the group from 'custom group 1' by right clicking on it and renaming. Once created, right clicking on another form and selecting add to group will display the new group plus an option to create another one.

Also once created you can just drag a form, report, whatever to the new group.

    Hi

thanks for that however if I right click on a form I do not see an option "Add to Group"

I have right click on the navigation bar header and selected navigation options and added five groups - baptism, banns, Marriage, Death, MIsc but I fail to see how to add the forms to my groups because the groups do not appear in the navigation windows

    cheers
