    Translating

I have a database from USA that I open my Swedish Access 2016. The database field that stores the date is [date], but access translates this to [datum] (swedish for today).
    ex Expression1: FoodLog.Date becomes Expression1: FoodLog.Datum
Foodlog.date contains many different days, while the date/datum is today

If possible, the field should *not* be named Date as that is a reserved word in Access.
