Access 2007 DB in Access 16

    Hi,

I have a large DB written in Access 2007. I've been away from Access for too long to do much revision if necessary to update code to work in later versions of Access and I have now loaded Office 365. I have been testing the DB in Access 16 (Office 365) as so far it seems to be running just fine. Before I go much further and delete all remnants of Office 2007, can anyone confirm that a DB written in 2007 code is compatible with Access 16?

    Thanks very much,

    Seattlerust

it should work just fine. tables are still tables, queries are still queries.
The only thing to worry is if you use some exotic driver for some vb module to control scanners, or outlook or excel.

But normal stuff like openforms, and run query, will run fine.

    Thank you, Ranman

This increases my confidence. I will continue testing but so far, no problems have occurred.
