Greetings:
I've been grouping reports, based on room # in queries, for years. Intermittently, some student names will appear on same report (though different rooms). Usually it is a space in the room # field or some other blank character. My database is for rooming students for year end exams. Some students have special needs & need to be in a room by themselves.
Today I am stuck since 1 student who is in room 308 by herself for testing is appearing in room 307 which has 26 students.
When I change her room # to 100 she then appears on her own page. However the 2 student in room 309 then appear appended to room 308 roster.
Not sure how to proceed. I've deleted & restarted from scratch & exported just to another file (still same).
What am I overlooking?
