I have searched far and wide for a template that i can modify to create a PoliceIncident/Offense Report. I thought it would be an easy build from scratch, however, my Access knowledge and use is many years old.
Forgive me if my terminology is off, but my database would need to contain tables for different types of persons (Complainant, Suspect, Witness, Officer,etc), and within that table their information. I would need a table for property, vehicles, items, etc.
Also, a form/table (or whatever you would call it) for a narrative that can be updated and corrected.
All of the above would be inserted at the proper location in a form that would become the completed report. This report would have headers with Agency name, logo, and footers with pagination.
