    Since this has been solved I would like to mark it as solved but I don't know how?

    in the green bar at the top , select 'mark this thread as solved..' in the thread tools dropdown

    In the Thread Tools dropdown I have only one option and that is:
    Show Printable Version
    I don't have 'mark this thread as solved'
    Why???

    Some how, at the last moment 'mark this thread as solved showed up in Thread Tools.
    So we are done!
