-description of the business and the priority issues if any
-statement of requirements/specification
-database design information, including a data model and any changes to date
-user interface design concepts
-operations manual/info including StartUp, Backup and recovery procedures
-software usage including versions
-user manual --general guide on how to use the system/the forms/the reports...
-overview/details of the change enhancement procedure(s) and an outstanding/to do task list
-key contacts and their roles
