averageifs possible in Ms Access 2010?

I signed up and am new so please bare with me. I've been stuck on this query for a very long time and need some advice. I basically want to perform an averageifs in MS Access without losing any of the original records. I just need the average on a separate column. I've tried DAvg, Avg, and none seem to work.

Please help!

never used averageifs in excel. from looking it up though its possible in an access query. can you tell more or post a sample database?

12345 IND 4 average Spend if To Zip is equal to 12345 and Source is equal to IND
54321 IND 2 average Spend if To Zip is equal to 54321 and Source is equal to IND
54321 PHI 1 average Spend if To Zip is equal to 54321 and Source is equal to PHI
12345 PHI 9 average Spend if To Zip is equal to 12345 and Source is equal to PHI
