Help making a database. (I have photos of a real-life example)

    Hello.

I am wanting to make a database that has a:

    - Log in form with onscreen keypad (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0, Clear, Enter)
    - Once logged in, have a few buttons show up like: Sign On, Close, Print Current Roster, Print my Monthly Roster

When you press Sign On, I need the button to be able to track the time it was clicked and record it in a table or something (Clock on)
When the Sign On button is pressed, a Sign Off button takes it's place and when that is pressed, the button records time clocked off.

Close will simply log out the current user and return to login page

Print Current Roster will print a roster from a external source, a PDF if possible and same for the Monthly roster

If anyone needs Pics, I have some I can send you so you can see the UI I am wanting. The pics are from a real-life database my family used at work.
I wont post pics to this thread because I could get in trouble for publicly sharing them but i'm allowed to send to individuals who will use them to help me!

This is needing to be done for a Museum in Australia and is needed to be done ASAP. I am the IT Guy at the Museum but not really knowledgeable on Access but can make a basic database

    Thanks, Jake

all is possible but what's the purpose of the database other than logging on and off? your only limitations are time and knowledge, can't help with time but knowledge is just a matter of being willing to learn. suggest doing a search on database design and normalization as those are the two that most of us mess up on our first attempt. good luck.
