    Validation rules for Time

    Hello everyone I can not find out how to do this anywhere.
    I have An assignment and I was told to set the validation rules for the Start Time and End Time fields that limits entries between 7:00am and 10:00pm.
    Please help! I don't know how to set this kind of validation rule ??
