wizard problem

I m having great problem with access wizard. wizard of form,query,report...Even wizard of controltoolbox say combobox. it shows two dialog box.
First time it show




2nd Time it show


Then what is the solution

Have you reinstalled Access 2010 yet?

Yea, I reinstalled it. But still same problem

I only have ac2010 installed on my Win7 machine, not my WinXP machine, so I'm not sure I can help all that much, sorry.
