Form view header and footer not seen

When I am creating a form in form design view everything is ok. It shows both the header and footer.

However, when I switch to Form View the header and footer disappear. I am not sure
what is going on. I know that the form header and the form footer should be visible in Form View.

    What is going on?

Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Respectfully,

    Lou Reed

You are definitely in Form view, not Datasheet?

What does the form header/footer DisplayWhen property show?

Yes, I am in form view. I do not know how to determine the last part of your question. Expand

Select the form header or foot and look at its DisplayWhen property on the Property Sheet.

Okay, I see the problem here. I was using page header and footer instead of form header and footer.
So I put in the form header and form footer and it shows up in the Form View.
However, I cannot remove the page header and footer. How do I do that?

    Respectfully,

Right Click anywhere within the form (not over any control) > Page Header/Footer
