How To Populate a Form

I receive a monthly excel spreadsheet which I import in my database and the data populated in the database form I created. Received a second spreadsheet the following month with the same data layout. The database import was successful but the data does not populate in in the form. How do I get the monthly spreadsheet to incrementally populate my form.

Not enough information. How is the data being imported? As a new, additional table? Data is appended to existing table? Overwritten? Linked? Is the form record source based on a table or query? If query, need to see it to examine the source and the criteria. That's all of the most likely needed info I can think of at present.

The data is imported as a new table. The form record is source basd.
