Hyperlink - Hyperlinks in a Form Delinking from Switchboard

    Hi
I created a table just to store all documents that needs to be hyperlinked - in the data type field I selected hyperlink
I created a form and added the fields and I linked all the documents it works fine. I then added the form to the switchboard

When I select the form from the switchboard - none of the hyperlinks are showing. when I select the table in data view or the form on its own from the All Access objects the hyperlinks appear perfectly.
What am I doing wrong that the hyperlinks are not showing when I select the form from the switchboard?

What do you mean by switchboard? IIRC, the switchboard was deprecated after Version 2003. So, if you are using it now, it is something that was built a long time ago. I am not sure if there is a UI in newer versions of Access to interact with the Switchboard Manager. So I am unsure how you told the Switchboard to include your new form. I will guess that the switchboard is doing something like opening the form in Data Entry Mode or something like that.

Are you trying to open your form as Datasheet view or Single Form or ... How did you use the Switchboard Manager?
