    reporting ID number instead of data

    In the "Type" column of this report should be for example "Absence" but in one of them its showing 12 which is the ID number corresponding to the data entered. Not sure why on record is different from the rest. Access 2007

    Are you using lookup fields with tables? How is your field "Type" defined?
    Can you show us your tables and relationships (jpg of relationships window)?
