With a lot of VBA code is my guess. That sets position and size of forms and expands subdatasheets.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

yeah its probably extremely advanced, was just making sure it was VBA and not something else
