    My Images Aren't Visible

I just bought a new computer along with a new version of Microsoft Access. I copied all of my old databases that I have been using for years into my new computer. When I open those databases with my new version of Access, everything is fine EXCEPT I cannot see any of the jpg images that I imported into my reports. I have fiddled and faddled with all the different things listed on the property sheet, but no success. Any ideas? Please keep in mind that I am not a programmer. I am very much an "Access for Dummies" kind of guy. Thanks for any help.

What do you mean by 'imported'? These are embedded images in what control - OLEObject? I've never had good experience with those. I use Image control. I have PictureType property set as Embedded. Never had an issue with moving db to another computer.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

My apologies for not being more fluent in programming language. I open the report in DESIGN view, from the DESIGN menu at the top of the screen, I select the icon marked "Image". I then click on a part of my part where I want to put my company's logo. It then asks where on my computer I can find the jpg image of the logo. I select the image and click OK. The image appears on the computer screen in DESIGN view, but when I go to PRINT PREVIEW, it is nowhere to be found. As for the "Picture Type", it is "Embedded". Any thoughts?

Can't replicate this issue. If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.

Wow, thank you so much for your help. Let me work on converting the database into a zip format, and I will post it (hopefully later today). One thing I just noticed: if I am looking at the report in "Report View" in Access, I can see the jpg images on the screen. And when I go into design view, I can still see the images. It is only when I am in "Print Preview" that the images disappear. And they do not appear on the document if I print them.

Another possible clue: I created a completely new database and created a report with the Wizard. I then inserted in image into that report (thinking that perhaps the problem was specific to the one database I have been using). Same thing. I can see images in Report View but not in Print Preview. I just thought I would throw that clue out there in case it is helpful.

I will work on compressing the database and try to get it up here soon.

    Again, thank you.

    Hello hjmorgan, June7

I've exaclty the same problem than you, I've been using my DB since 8 years, and now that I migrate to Access 2016, all the Logo can not be printed nor export to pdf format. I can see the logo when inserting into the design report but in prewiew it dissapear. It is like we are missing a addin in order to view image in preview mode.

If someone find any solution please advise.
