    Have you researched the suitability of Access for HIPA? I have seen posts and comments suggesting Access may not meet the requirements. I do not know if it does or not; I'm just passing on some info.

    I haven't seen enough of your database to identify how to delete the record. You could send a database with your structure but containing only a few records for people such as Porky Pig,Daffy Duck with jobs such as Singer, Songwriter, Pilot... and Courses like speaking, reading, flying.

    We don't need your actual database with all data to investigate an issue/offer solution.

    I don't like the solution but it is functional and it works. I resorted to a split screen.
