    Hi Ron,

    Im happy it worked.
    Im not sure about the setup of your forms but i would advise to have a search function in your header like we suggested.
    Look at my post https://www.accessforums.net//forms/...pop-55156.html there you will see a picture of one of my forms.
    As you can see i can have all the information about persons or groups for that matter in the main field.
    I filter my querys using the textboxes in the header.
    With this function you can filter all conditions, not only the arrival and departure date but also names, groups and what not more.
    This way you can search for past or present bookings lets say beginning at 01-01-2015 till the current date where the groups name is Peter. Or check your database for all active bookings using a checkmark box in the header. In fact you can search for all search criteria you want.


    I use a custom build booleanFilter code to make this work, but there are lots of examples out there.

    Let me know if you want to expand your search functionallity

    Thanks, I reviewed as suggested and think I got my head around it. I think I would like to expand to where if the pop up says Not Available then some how the list of conflicting booking presents in some format. Thank Ron

    Kia ora Jeroen I have tried to display the Booking ID using listboxes everytime there is a confict with the booking dates. Have you any thoughts
