    groep a (Continuous) form

    hi,

I want to create a form wich displays all the records of a certain query, but grouped by a a column of the query, so that i can add subheadings to my form.

use the wizard to build the form on that query. (put the sort in the query)
when form is displayed , you can still sort using the A-Z, on any field you place the cursor.

Dont know what a 'sub' heading is, but you can put some labels on the form above the field names.

What you are describing sounds like something a report may be able to provide for you. Perhaps the wizard can help you to create a report and you can view the Report in Print Preview or Report View. Viewing the Report in Report View will be similar to viewing a form in Form View.
