Property Management/Maintenance Template

Looking to see if anyone has a property management/maintenance template that they wouldn't mind sharing.

I own 75 buildings for my occupation, which are in various states of repair and are inspected monthly, which perpetuates the frequency of work request submissions. Tracking request statuses has become near impossible, and there has to be a better solution than excel.

There is likely a commercial product out there.
