    Format the button color puzzled

The properties of these 2 buttons are exactly the same but they look different. The form that has the lighter color button when I add a button it looks exactly the same and on the form with the darker color button it looks exactly the same. so I click to insert a new button and before I inserted it into the form I changed the properties format to that of the lighter button but it still looked darker like all the rest on that form. Look at the UseTheme property of each control.

So every time there is a staff change, have to modify database design for different menu forms. I wouldn't design like that.

I do not know how all the buttons changed they use to be all the same and when I seen the change I looked at the properties on the lighter button and change the properties of the darker button but it did not change the look of the darker button. By theme properties do you mean like all the colors of the different areas if I select use theme and like the hover etc.. if so I did and they are the same for each button but look different

All I did with your db was change the UseTheme property of the dark button and now it looks like the light button.

I think I know what has happened. I started to create this DB with 2003 I created a new DB in 2013 and I imported the tables and forms etc.. when I change the format of any button in the forms imported it does not look the same as the button on a new form I created in 2013. does make sense that the forms made in 2003 would not adapt to the format of 2013.

I am viewing in 2010 and as I said, changing the property changes the button appearance.
