Parameter Filter by Year

Hey All,



For some reason I think this should be easy but I just cant get it to work.

In my Query I am trying to put a parameter something like [Enter Test Date] which prompts for a date but it wants it as a whole such as 6/1/2015 I just want them to put the year which will return anything from the year.

The Field is storing dates such as 6/1/2015 , 8/5/2015 and so on.

I'm guessing something along the lines of [Enter Test Date "YYYY"] but that is defiantly not working.

Thanks for reading, I figured it out. Well a way.
I created Year:Year([Test Date])
Than put the Parameter on that.
