    The thing is....when I started building this 3 months ago, I originally was going to do all the computations in a query. But I couldn't figure out how to get all the data pulled....I think I was having trouble with the relationships or something. This is the first time I've used Access in over 10 years and I'm a little rusty on it....maybe a lot rusty....I eventually got it figured out how to pull the data right to the report and went with that. Now I'm trying to fine tune it.



    I'd like to go back and do some of this in queries though....

    If you don't have your tables and relationships designed to meet your requirements, everything you do will involve a "work around" of one type or another.
    Perhaps you could show us your tables and relationships (jpg/screen capture)
