Multiple Copies

When I run a report it creates multiple copies of itself. One report runs 3 copies and another one runs 5 copies. 2 reports run just the one copy. I can't figure out why and when I google the issue I can't even find a post that talks about unwanted copies being run.

How do you run report? We need to review code and/or report design.
