Cannot find Fields on Ribbon in MS Access 2010

In Lesson 22 the text says on the Ribbon click Fields. I would love to do just
that, except I cannot find Fields on the Ribbon. I know it is there - I have used Fields before.

Where is it?

Okay, I got it. You can only see it in datasheet view.
