Strange. The version I downloaded from post #4 has "cmbregon" and "cmblocation" as the names for Buisness Partners and Sub Partners on the form "Task Details2_2" (and no underscore after Task).

Ok, I got the drop down to work correctly, but now in the main view it is just showing me the ID (auto number and not the name) Screen shot.
