Ok, I opened the file and switched to design view. Then I scrolled down to the "Invoice Customer Via 30 Day" report and selected. Then I click on the Design tab and label. But still it does not allow me to update the information that is in the header or footer. I have attached a screen shot of what I see. Anymore help would be appreciated. I am not able to bring up the report/invoice in design view. I think that is the biggest part of the problem.

What do you mean by "I am not able to bring up the report/invoice in design view" - what did you try, what happened?
The report is not open at all, certainly not in design view. The form is all that is open.
Right click on the report in Navigation Pane > Design View
or
Click on the report in Navigation Pane then pick a view from the ribbon (far left where it says Views).

I have been trying that. It does not open in design view either way. Vary strange why I can not right click on the report and get a navigation pane to select design view. I also tried clicking on design view in the left top navigation while selected on the report and nothing happens. All though if I double click on the report it opens to query the report.
Okay, got it. Hold down shift key when opening the db. Overlooked that you probably not doing that. I do this by habit when opening someone else's db. The db has option settings that disable right click menus although I would have expected the ribbon to work since it is still displayed. Shift key will bypass most of the option settings.

Ok, that solved the problem. Sorry, if I had trouble explaining what the problem was. But I am fairly new to Access. But not new to computers or Microsoft Office. I do know that I was not crazy and there had to be a way to adjust the business information on the reports.
