Choose whether to display empty fields in a report

I am attempting to create a very simple address label report with fields such as "telephone" "mobile" "email" etc. Naturally, for some of these people I don't have all the data to put into the fields so when it prints it displays a blank box which looks rather stupid. Is there a way to tell Access not to display blank fields?

    cheers everyone
    Rob

I'm guessing you mean you want to hide the labels to the field right?

    Address: 123 abc lane

then the next blank record has

    Address:

If so, check out the conditional formatting. If your form doesn't alternate colors you can just set the conditional formatting so it changes your label (which by the way, you would need to change to a text box to gain access to conditional formatting) to the background color of the form
