Report output replicates 3 times when launched from FORM

The Daily Employee Form when manually launched the output is fine. Only 1 page is displayed or printed. When I launch the Report from a Form, the output is replicated 3 times. I am launching other reports from a FORM without any problems. Not sure why its doing it.



The data in the database must have the current date to display content in the form. If you run testData you can move previous data to the current data so its populated when you run FORM1.

I would really would like to know why this is happening.

Opening from the button opens in Report View. Manually opening the report opens in Print Preview - still shows the same data in triplicate.

The main report is bound to [Daily Turn Today Query] which has 3 records for employee ID 24. The subreports are in the Detail section which means they will display with each record of the main report. Perhaps they should be placed into the EmployeeID group header or footer.

There should have been only 1 report for a single person for that day. Playing around had corrupted the database during development. Thanks for the insight.
