Forms displaying as tabs

I don't know how it happened, but something I did in the course of converting a database from Access 2003 to Access 2007 and splitting it cause all of the forms to appear on tabs that are maximized in the Access window. I would prefer they appear in the form windows that I'm used to, but I haven't figured out how to switch them back.



Surely this is something obvious, but I can't find it.
