Totals Query

I want to create a query that is based around one field (referral source) but then gives totals from all other fields. See attached image for what I'm after.

The Male/female columns there don't actually exist, there's just one field called Gender. The same for Districts and Ages.

It's a bit like a crosstab query but this only seems to work for one field? Any help to get 5/6 fields to appear please?

The data MUST have the word district, and 18-25, etc in the GENDER field. If not what you want,
then you must build a query that produces these values.
i myself, use a UNION query of many different queries, that produces a list of fields
rowTitle, ColTitle, value

THEN run a Crosstab query on that.

What? Why would the gender field include districts and ages?
