New Occupancy will not save data

My NewOccupancy for will not save data. I enter in the data in the form and click it away. When I go back to the form it is not there and I have to enter data in all over again. This cycle repeats many time.

    How do I fix this?

    Respectfully,

    Lou_RRd

While on the form , do you have the record selector visible? If not, make it visible.
The bar on the left that has an arrow, when you edit it turns into a pencil, then click it to save back to an arrow.
Is there an error when you do this?

is the query you use an updateable query?
is the form set to dynaset?
is the form set to allow additions?

I believe that I was in error here. The NewOccuapancy form should not save data. It should just move it to
the Occupancy Table as it did.

Thus when going back to the NewOccupacy Form after closing it, it should be empty. Is this correct?

NewOccupancies become Occupancies. Then NewOccupancy is now empty.

    Correct?
