Cannot filter in a table and query

I have 1 table that has a query created from it and in both the table and query I cannot filter. When I click the down arrow to apply a filter it is blank, the list does not show up to select what I want to filter on. But the other tables and queries are working fine. Please help.

If I do try to sort ascending or descending it says record is deleted?

I think I found the problem. There are 2 records that are deleted. How can I fix this?

Very odd. Those records should not show after the datasheet display is refreshed.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
