I created a report, based on a query, which appear fine.
However, I need to have each supplier materials report printed on a separate page.
How can I do that? Please give me the information in steps,
Frustratingly yours,

Group by Supplier Materials on the Report, and place a Page Break in the Group Footer.
In report design view, look at the supplier group header,
select properties, click the All Tab, then force to new Page and in the combo select Before Section.
Jeez... Joe is quick !!!!
Ah yes, forgot about the "Force New Page" property. A little easier than adding a page break! In report design view, look at the supplier group header,
select properties, click the All Tab, then force to new Page and in the combo select Before Section.
Thank you for responding so quickly.
It worked and you have my eternal gratitude (sorry, too heavy on the word smithing).
Is there an online class that would help with the nitty and gritty of Access? I've been using a very good book (the Step-by-Step series), but there are a lot of basic real world issues it does not address.
Thank you again,
Rebecca
There are several links here that may help.
Good luck.
