multiple entries to auto populate form

    Hi,
I have a university database. I would like to put in the student then here's the tricky bit. Want to put in date, lecture hall and time and it populates all the other relevant info if those three have been entered before together.
    regards
    liam

Do you mean you want to find existing record and display it? Apply filter to form. Review: http://www.allenbrowne.com/ser-62.html
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
