    Eliminating Grey Bars Across Reports


    When creating a report it's appearing with large grey bars with nothing in them alternating from either every one entry or two entries and then a bar.

    They came up when I added some fields to group the query by and added a sort to the report.

    Select the Detail section. Look at the "Alternate Back Color" property in the format tab of the dialog box. Use the dropdown to select "No color".

    Changed that, they are still appearing. The alternating colours is not the issue but rather blank spaces that happen to be grey appearing in between either every line or every two lines of actual data.

    Group header/footer sections also have AlternateBackColor property.
