Export data automatically every night.

Working in Access 2013.
I need to get a macro run automatically every night at 22:00


The macro should run a query and the result should be sent to an email address or an FTP server.

Is it possible to create?
If possible, how do I write the code / macro?

I would create a db that performed this function on startup and then quit. Then call the db from a Windows Scheduled Tasks.
