    Totals and Grand Totals

I have an access report that is organized like this:

    Company Year Count
    A 2014 5
    A 2013 6
    A 2012 7
    B 2014 5

    B 2013 6
    B 2012 7
    C 2014 5
    C 2013 6
    C 2012 7

I would like to add a total field for each company and thena grand total that includes all companies. I have tried searching Google and YouTube without success. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

What you want to do is Group your data by Company on your Report. So you would put the Company subtotals in the Group Footer section, and then the Grand Total in the Report Footer section.

If you do a Google Search on "Access report group totals", there are many good articles and tutorials that come up, including some YouTube videos that show you how to do this.
