Question how to recover missing reference to utility.mda

Not sure where to place this question. When I opened Access two days ago, a message popped up: "missing or broken reference to the file: "utility.mda." When I went to visual basic editor/tools/refs and browsed for the utility.mda file, I couldn't find it. Where can I get it? Thanks.

Thanks, Orange, for your response. So simply un-clicking the reference to utility.mda file will solve the problem? I don't need it?
