Multiple displayed as list on a subform

    Hello,

I am trying to add a subform that lists multiple records based on a combo box selection. I can display the table in datasheet view, but since this form is for data entry, I would like to have the data displayed within an actual form. Any suggestions?

    Thanks!

Apply the selection to the subform Filter property.

Is the main form bound? Is the subform linked to the main form?

Yes, the subform is linked to the main form. I would like to be able to list all associated records instead of using the "next record" arrow. I have done some googling and maybe this isnt possible....

I don't understand. A linked subform does show all associated records.

Sorry - maybe this was easier than I realized. I changed the view to "Continuous" which displays all records at once. Thanks!
