OH "Me." works as an alias.....okay I officially feel dumb now.

And yes I agree the spaces are not ideal, but the powers that be thought it "looked nicer" and since I am not an IT guy I couldn't give a good enough reason not to do it.

Now you have a good reason - complicates coding and experienced programmers are telling you it is if not bad at least annoying practice.

The powers should not care what the field names are, as long as labels on forms and reports are what they want to see. Labels can have whatever you want.
