    As an idea in order to fix the problem i want to tell you that, if you want we can work through skype and teamviewer .

    Good morning my friend June7,

    Now, the code works but when the word open is just write the no 157 on monday and breakfast..??????

    As you can see on the attached pictures, i have selected 2 foods and then by pressing the command i'm getting the above number..

    Please do something my friend...

    Maybe because the field "Food" its combo? Maybe must check this field and change the type?

    Shouldn't matter if it is a combobox or textbox.

    Why is the MealCode field in tblFoodAnalysis a multi-value? This might be part of the problem. I NEVER use multi-value field. Also, this field has a lookup set in the table.

    Here is the database I built to replicate yours. That's really the limit of what I will be able to do to help.

    Access 2007 should be able to open it. I didn't use any 2010-exclusive features but Access seems to think I did. Here is mdb version.

    Hi June7,

    Its totally amazing... I'm trying to check your sample but when i tried to use the command i'm getting the attached error.. Really don't know how can i solve the proplem.. Really, it's so difficult to export these data from my database to word using vba?

    I don't know why this fails for you. I used your Word document with my db code.
