Ribbon question

I have a database that I will need to make into a RunTime application. The questions are, do I need to make a new ribbon for the reports? If I need to make a new ribbon for the application, do you know of a place that has a step-by-step explanation of how you do this?

The most helpful in getting started I found was the Viescas/Conrad book, Access 2007 Inside Out, pgs 1266-1279 (Customizing the Ribbon with XML) and continuing in the next chapter. The CD that comes with the book also has a sample database (Contacts.accdb) that has a custom ribbon for reports.
